Printing your photographs to canvas is a straightforward process, but should you have any queries, the following may be of help. If not, please do not hesitate to contact us.

How long does it take?
Your print will be delivered within 8 working days from receipt of payment and instruction.

What sort of image can I send?
Your image(s) can be supplied to us by post, as an original photo, negative, transparency, as a digital image on CD, or as a JPEG file sent as a email attachment to info@photo-senses.co.uk. Please do not send print offs of your photo from your computer.

What types of digital files do you accept?
We can accept most digital image formats if sent on CD, however if you are sending you image via email, please send it as an uncompressed JPEG. All digital images should be in their original resolution for best results.

Do you do any more sizes?
Yes, contact us and let us know what size you require and we will calculate a price for you.

Do I get my original photos, images or artwork back?
Yes, all original images are returned with your finished print.

What sort of quality will I get?
Quality of the finished product depends on the quality of the image supplied. No clarity is lost within the printing process. Our stock image canvases are of the highest quality as we only use high resolution images. If we feel that your supplied image is too small for your canvas we will contact you.

Are the colours I see on my screen the same as the finished product?
We cannot guarantee that it will be exactly the same colour as monitor colour settings may vary.

How do I pay?
Paying for a photo canvas is preferably done by cheque, which is to be sent along with the order form.
To pay for a canvas from our gallery you can pay by credit or debit card, or via paypal.
Alternatively you can use the gallery order form and pay by cash or cheque.
