Photographs/artwork
Recorded delivery in a hard-backed is the safest method to send your photos to us, however, we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged whilst in transit. All original images are returned with your finished print.

We accept digital images by email or on CD in most file formats. Please see the digital files question in the FAQ page.
Prints

You must ensure that you have the right to copy the image in the photograph you submit and that you have, where necessary, obtained permission for it to be reproduced. Photo Senses has the right to refuse to reproduce your photo if we deem it innappropriate or if believed to breach copyright. You will pay Photo Senses for any costs or damages arising from the reproduction of any image you submit to Photobloc.

Delivery Schedule
We will begin work on your order as soon as payment is received, and cheques have cleared. Delivery usually takes 8 working days from receipt of payment and instruction.

Damaged Goods
In the event of your canvas being damaged upon arrival you must advise the carriers and us immediately, and sign any delivery note to the effect that the goods are damaged.

Statutory Rights
These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.
